I’ve reported this one to Microsoft but I’m not sure how long it will take to get the feature added/bug fixed (if they consider it a bug). When calling multiple parties in one call, you won’t be able to enter digits on the 2nd call….
Credit for discovery of this one goes to my co-worker Jim Littrell. Jim found the issue and he and I worked together to verify it.
When calling from a MOC to multiple parties (like a 3 way call), you need to make sure to add any calls that will need digits passed first. For example, you are calling a number that will put you into an auto-attendant where you will have to enter your contacts extension to reach them, if they aren’t the first person you add to the call you won’t be able to enter the digits (you’ll hear the tones, but the remote end won’t receive them). I’ll post an update if/when I hear back from Microsoft.
